Powerful optimizing crosscut saw for cutting of medium-sized boards. Due to its speed (260mt.\/1 \u2032) and cutting capacity (100x0350mm.) it is used by manufacturers of packing boxes or in line with band saws and multi-ripsaw.<\/p>\n

Equipped with a new software, it optimizes by length by eliminating defects marked with fluorescent chalk, according to different thickness or quality.
\nIt can be supplied in horizontal or inclined version.<\/p>\n

The reading station is placed at a distance that allows the total board reading to obtain an optimization with maximum yield and minimum waste. It automatically detects the length and thickness of the boards, optimizing them. OPTIMAX 600 can be supplied with our brand new MERLIN Q<\/a> scanner for the creation of lines with very high production capacity.<\/p>\n

Feeding is ensured by a series of hardened steel toothed rollers and vertical pressure wheels. Accuracy is ensured by the metric wheel which, leaning on the tables, detects the real movement of the boards, eliminating any possibility of error due to slippage during the advancement at high speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
