On Holzkurier<\/a> recently was published an interesting article<\/a> about \u00a0Artuso Legnami and his production site enlargement. A project that has involved two important partners of Artuso Legnami: Brookhuis<\/strong> e Bottene<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Artuso Legnami<\/a> is an Italian company near Treviso, in the North of Italy, leader in wooden construction market.
\nIn 2019 Artuso Legnami has decided to increase his production plant. To achieve it, the company decide to entrust in Bottene and OPTI SCAN 4<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

OPTI SCAN 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The OPTI SCAN 4<\/a> scanner scans all the characteristics of the boards with precision, their qualities, defects and dimensions; the software processes them and sends the results to the saws for the cutting operation.<\/p>\n

The OPTI SCAN 4<\/a> laser sensors and cameras recognize the knots, the bevels, the pockets with resin, the veins, the red or blue nuances and bark. The software analyses the dimensions of the defects and their locations as well as their compatibility with the operations that follow; it analyses the veins and colors of the surfaces in order to establish their qualities. The processed data provide an optimized cutting list with fixed sizes, sizes for finger joins, or boards for retrimming.<\/p>\n
