Powerful, fast, precise, the new PUSH 250 MAX Optimizing crosscut saw is designed to work large boards.

Equipped with a Ø 800mm blade. it has a cutting capacity of 100x600mm.

Positioning speed 250 meters / 1′ with 1mm accuracy.

The pusher equipped with pneumatic gripper with floating system and up-down grip allows a high positioning speed without slippage and during the backwards stroke it detects the length and thickness of the boards, optimizing for length and thickness.

The PUSH 250 MAX is normally used in the sawmill between the bandsaw and the multiripsaw, ensuring speed, precision and optimal use of the wood with minimum waste.

Our optimizing crosscut saw OPTI 599 is now available also in an increased version called OPTIMAX 600.

The introduction of saws of 600mm in diameter coupled to motors up to 15kw along with an increased feeding system allows to process boards up to 260mm wide maintaining the same precision and speed as the basic model.

OPTI 599 – New electronic control system to reduce as possible the distance between boards.

The new MERLIN Q scanner can select and classify soft and hard wood boards. The 4-sided multisensor system detects dimensions, quality, knots, resin pockets, bark, colors, and other characteristics. Furthermore, in 200ms, it optimizes and determines the cutting positions to be sent to the OPTI 599 fast crosscut lines.

The optimizing crosscut saw PUSH 180 becomes PUSH 250 where the number 250 indicates precisely the working speed of 250 mt/1’ that all models of crosscut saw with pushing system will have. This is possible thanks to the new positioning system of the pusher with the introduction of a high-speed rack and a Brushless motor with an increased power of 50% coupled to the rack by means of an epicyclic reduction gear. The positioning system with boards clamping by means of up&down pliers ensures maximum positioning precision and the exploitation of the maximum speed both during the backward and reading of boards and when moving forward.

The new PUSH 250 is now equipped with an increased cutting unit with the possibility of using motors up to 15kW and saws up to 800 mm in diameter.

The introduction of the version PUSH 250 MAX allows to process boards of big sizes.
The 800mm diameter coupled to a 15kW motor and the pusher with larger sizes allow to process boards up to 600mm wide.
